Riding Weather

Although we had a mild winter, I haven't been on my motorcycle for about six months so it feels really good to get back on my ride for a Saturday night out on the town. We started with an early Mass then dinner and riding around with friends. Let the spring riding weather begin!

Stash Busting

I have a goal this year to use up some of the yarn in my growing stash. So, sorry local yarn shops, I'll be working on using up my own supply starting with this flower washcloth in cotton chenille.

Purple Kimono

I can't believe I'm still working on a Christmas gift and finally got it completed and in the mail to someone very special. Shhhh...she doesn't know about it yet. It's the third Kimono I've made in the past several months and I think every girl needs a comfy lounging-around-the-house-kind-of kimono.

Another Capelet

I could seriously make a hundred of these capelets in the super bulky yarn, Magnum, this time in denim. I really want to keep it but I think someone special will like it just as much as I do. It's boxed up and ready to ship out to the great Northwest.
