Spent a couple days in Georgetown, Texas for work meetings then a little shopping fun with female clients at the outlet mall in Round Rock. Once the hard work was over, made my way to an outdoor coffee shop on Congress Avenue in Austin that looked down the hill at the State Capitol.
Why yes, I had my knitting handy and found a shady spot to lounge for a couple hours before heading toward Dallas to spend the weekend with my grandparents in Gun Barrel City.
One of my favorite thingsabout the drive around the lake is this patch of cactus that proves "Everything is Bigger in Texas!"
